At it again winter fly fishing, this time we hit Hamilton and the Bitterroot. It was actually a beautiful day, after the Seahawks/Vikings game we embarked on the river.

I haven't been having the best luck but it's always good to get out to work on your fundamentals. We also had fun taking some pictures and dealing with the snow.

There were just a couple other people out and we were able to wade easily on the side to good areas. We had heard fishing 1-3 was a good time right now. As the fish are more lethargic in the morning and slow.

The couple near us did get one fish. So it wasn't a total skunk day that we knew of.

We left to head back to Hamilton to make it to Naps but they closed a half n hour before we got there as they close earlier on Sundays. Next time Naps for sure.
