First Snow Causes Accidents

Snowy Highway (Photo courtesy hugovk/Flickr)

The first snowfall of the winter season caught commuters off guard Monday morning. There were reports of several accidents from Frenchtown along I-90; near the Wye and near Airway Blvd. Not a lot of details were immediately available.

The Craig & Al Morning Show also got continuous updates from the Department of Transportation on road conditions for our total listening area. We got that info out as fast as it came in so commuters could avoid problems and be aware of poor road conditions.  It seems like the first couple of snows are the ones that cause the most problems for drivers.  We’ll keep you updated in the mornings. Don’t be afraid to give us a call (543-9500 or 1-800-984-9550).
