Federal Motorcycle Helmet Law? [POLL]

As I drive around Missoula I notice not too many motorcyclists wearing helmets. 

I can certainly understand the freedom that comes from not wearing one, but I also see the safety reasons behind many helmet laws in states across the country.  It's always been a "hot" topic that few are shy to speak up about.  Most riders I know have a very strong opinion about it.
