34 year-old Leroy Holden III is in jail after being charged with felony criminal endangerment, partner assault and a second DUI, after allegedly crashing his pickup truck into his ex-girlfriend's home.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Shaun Donovan says the incident occurred at about 1:30 Thursday morning, when Holden had an argument with his girlfriend and left the house. Not long afterwards, court documents state that Holden called the woman and told her he was going to drive the truck into the living room.

Donovan says Holden drove the truck down the driveway and crashed into the house on South 3rd Street with enough force to shake the entire structure. There were several people in the home at the time, including children ages 14, 13 and 6.

Missoula County Sheriff's deputies pulled Holden over later and arrested him. He would not submit to a breath test, so deputies applied for a telephonic search warrant.

Holden was placed in the Missoula County Jail on $50,000 bond.

No one in the home was injured.
