Springing forward can be an adjustment for anybody, but it seems to really be causing Egyptians confusion. The military-backed interim government made the sudden decision to move the clocks ahead one hour. This caused concerns at airports and mosques, among other places. The government decided to move the move as a power-saving measure. But it's going to get more confusing as the clocks will drop back again one hour next month as people begin celebrating the holy Muslim month of Ramadan, then resume again in July until September.
