I’m a baker. I love to bake pretty much anything from cakes and pies, to rolls, breads and cookies. You name it, I’ve baked it. One thing my boys love with the many breads, biscuits and rolls I bake is honey butter. It is the best of both worlds, the delicious honey and butter taste, without the mess of the honey and disaster of always trying to figure the dollop of butter and squirt of honey ratio.

I stumbled across this recipe while searching for a way to spice up my own honey butter just a touch. This recipe gives you just a hint of cinnamon, which really enhances the honey butter flavor.

Easy Cinnamon Honey Butter

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Whip butter with a wire whisk in a mixer for about 30 seconds. Add the last three ingredients and whisk for another two minutes, scraping the bowl with a spatula when needed. This will make very light and fluffy cinnamon honey butter.
