Dummy Drivers Actually Still Try This

In Montana, we don't know much about car pool lanes. And we only have to worry about dummies in other vehicles, not in our own.

We were surprised that big city commuters still try to pull this lame stunt. A California driver veered out of the car pool lane, carelessly enough to cause a nearby patrol officer to pull him over...him and his mannequin.

Solo drivers cannot be in the car pool lanes. You have to have at least two humans. Dummies don't count. The dummy, er, driver, admitted to cheating the system for quite some time and promised he would honor the law, after he pays the minimum $481 fine!
