Dumbest Bank Robbery Attempt Ever?

Okay. So, probably not the dumbest ever. But if you are going to attempt to rob a bank, shouldn't it be open for business?

This was the fundamental flaw in the plan of a dude in Austria, who got to the bank 15 minutes before opening time.

So, wait in your car or around the corner in the shadows until there's some activity, right? Nope. And here is where some more dumb points get tallied. He decides to wait in the foyer area in front of the main entry, with a hood pulled over his head, nervously pacing AND a weapon hidden in a rolled up newspaper, but conspicuous enough for bystanders to tell what it was.

So, police notified.And suspect taken into custody before he could use his getaway vehicle: a stolen scooter.
