The Double Front Cafe surpassed their goal of 2,000 chicken dinners to celebrate their 51st anniversary on Tuesday. I spoke with Jason Herndon of the family-owned and operated cafe on Wednesday afternoon. That interview is attached. There were 2,107 dinners served from 11 a.m. until about 9 p.m.
