American ingenuity will never cease to amaze. And law enforcement keeps having to out-craft the crafty. We have no evidence that Montana may have sucked up a bag or two, but Associated Press tells us that five enterprising dudes near Denver have been charged with sending hundreds of pounds of Colorado pot to other states, hiding it in furniture and yes, in a vacuum cleaner!

Marijuana is legal in Colorado, but dealers are sending it out of state, where they can get twice the money for it. No word on whether they passed the furniture/vacuum shipping and handling charges onto their customers. But apparently, they should have checked their suppliers a little more carefully, since they got busted by trying to make a buy from an undercover federal agent. I assume his name was Hoover. Or Singer. Or Dyson.
