The Princeton Review of the 377 best colleges for 2013 is out now. It lists a multitude of bests for colleges. West Virginia University, in Morgantown, has been named the best party school. It’s not the Mountaineers first time at the top. They were there in 2007 and in 1997. WVU has been in the top 20 twelve times in the 21 years the rankings have been published. For more list toppers.
