Dead Guy That Was Never Dead Still Dead

Associated Press checked him out, and Donald Miller of Findlay, Ohio, looks pretty healthy. Especially for a dead guy. Believe it or not, a judge says Miller is still dead as far as the law is concerned. He tried to get the judge to reverse a ruling declaring him legally dead. He was listed among the dearly departed in 1994, after disappearing from his home in 1986. The probate court judge cited a law that stipulates a three-year deadline to get the court ruling reversed, and Mr. Miller doesn't have the resources to take the case to a federal court. Well, of course he doesn't. He's been dead all these years and unable to work. DB
