Year after year the Bobcats outdo Griz Nation in the food campaign linked to the annual football game. It's time to change that! The closest we’ve ever come is about 20,000 # less than Bozeman.

In case you don’t know what I’m talking about, here in Missoula it’s called “Can the Bobcats.” It’s a community wide effort to collect more food for the local food bank than they do over in Bozeman. Lots of organizations and media outlets get involved. Everybody does what they can to promote the food drive.  I’ll be doing a remote broadcast this Friday morning from the Missoula Federal Credit Union location on Brooks. If you can find the time, stop by on your way to work and drop off some non-perishable food items. We need to “Can the Bobcats.”

Join us for the Griz Rally in the Valley - Brawl of the Wild edition for the Griz/Cat game.  The tailgating fun begins at 11 a.m. November 23, and the big game starts at 12:05 p.m. at Caras Park. Please paste this at the bottom of your blogs, and send me a link to them when they’re completed.
