Three weekends of Holiday fun are planned at the Bitterroot Valley's historic Daly Mansion this December.

The annual High Tea will be this Saturday, December 3, with two seatings - at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. There will be tea and snacks, live instrumental music and keepsake portraits available. You can also take a self-guided tour of the mansion, which volunteers have decorated for Christmas. Tickets are $25 each and the limited spaces are filling up. Call (406) 363-6004 Extension 2#.

Next weekend, December 9 and 10, the Daly Mansion will be open for self-guided tours in the evenings - which is a special time to visit the historic building. The public is invited between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday nights. There are decorated Christmas trees throughout the home and volunteers will be on hand to answer questions on each floor. The regular tour prices will be in effect those nights - $9 for adults, $8 for seniors and $6 for children.

Then, December 17, the Daly Mansion's Annual Community Christmas Party will be between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Santa makes his appearance, usually down the grand staircase, at 12 noon. Admission is only $5 for adults and $2 for the kids. Photos with Santa will be available for $5 each. Plenty of activities for the whole family will be happening throughout the house.

The Daly Mansion is northeast of Hamilton at 251 Eastside Highway.
