My baking day today consisted of peppermint and pretzels. This is a really easy delicious recipe. Christmas treats galore, try this sweet, salty and minty treat.

I am shipping these out in the mail and hope they don't melt completely. You should keep these refrigerated though so they can set well.

As you can see from the picture above that you get the square pretzels and you can use a few different types of Hershey's kisses and also peppermint bark works well cut in half. You set them on top of the pretzels which are on top of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

The oven needs to be between 170 and 200 degrees (F) and then you just bake them for 6-10 minutes and then sprinkle peppermint chunks and sprinkles on each one. Let sit in fridge ( or outside in my case, it was 4 degrees and gave me more room) for 10-20 minutes. Then transfer to container and put back in fridge.
