Happy Cinco de Mayo! I can't think of a better way to celebrate than a huge bowl of guacamole and an enormous pile of salty tortilla chips. To make things even easier for us, the restaurant we are patienty waiting to open on Reserve St. Chipotle released yesterday the recipe to their delicious Guacamole. It's pretty simple too.

2 ripe Hass avocados

2 tsp lime juice

2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)

1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)

1/2 jalapeno, including seeds (finely chopped)

1/4 tsp kosher salt
