In Missoula District Court Tuesday morning, now former University of Montana quarterback Jordan Johnson entered a plea of not guilty to the charge of sexual intercourse without consent. One of Johnson’s defense attorney’s, Kirsten Pabst said she would be filing a motion to dismiss the charges.

University of Montana Athletic Director Jean Gee confirmed Friday that former Grizzly quarterback Jordan Johnson will be able to keep his athletic scholarship, should he decide to return to classes in the fall.
