March 30, 2012 We’re not far off from the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. She struck an iceberg late on the night of April 14th, 1912 and sank two hours and forty minutes later.
A survivor of that tragedy, Guillaume Joseph De Messemaeker had land and lived in Montana.
Once they called him Lurch, the gentle giant Scott Gragg who thrilled crowds with his ‘thunder roll’. Now, the young Grizzlies call him ‘Coach’. I spoke with Coach Gragg Thursday evening after a tumultuous day, an emotional roller coaster in which his friend and mentor Robin Pflugrad was released as head coach of the Grizzlies.
