Adam Baker, who went missing back in late September has been found safe in Illinois.

When asked why Baker had disappeared, Public Information's Officer Jason Johnson responded by saying "It looks as though he was just having a tough time in life and wanted to get away."

It is still unclear what led to Baker's discovery, but Johnson says that missing persons reports are loaded onto the nationwide National Crime Information Center database. The database can be cross-referenced for minor infractions such as running a traffic light and could have been the link to finding Baker.

Baker was discovered by members of the Depage County Sheriff's office in Illinois. According to the official press release a "welfare check was conducted," confirming that Baker has been discovered and is healthy.
