Well, I guess it shows that even slimy car thieves have hearts. At least they returned the kid. Of course our thoughts are with the little guy, where we hope there are no emotional scars from the ordeal.

Associated Press tells us that in Norfolk, Virginia, two thieves who stole a car, dropped off an 8-year-old boy at school once they realized he was in the back seat. The youngster was in the car while his mom went back into her office from the parking lot. The keys were still in the ignition---not smart. The thieves asked the boy where he went to school and they took him there.

The little fellow was unharmed, thankfully. The car was abandoned and found three miles away. I guess it's an example that you can never be too careful, parents.
