Car Thieves Can’t Drive a Stick

Okay, if I ever get carjacked, these are the kinds of idiots I want to be the bad guys! Associated Press tells us that three (yes, three) would-be car thieves in Massachusetts  had just a teeny little problem pulling off the heist. These upstanding citizens pulled a knife on a food delivery driver and demanded the food and his keys. That’s when they realized the car had a manual transmission. They argued among themselves over who should drive. And when none of them was willing to take the wheel, they ran off down the street. The driver was unharmed and they did get away with the food, but not the car. Here’s hoping they eventually catch them. I think I might start looking at area driving schools. DB
