Maybe that's giving some jerk too much credit to say they had a conscience. Maybe they just got the creeps. Either way, the ashes of Richard Graham have been returned. But not the stolen car.

This Associated Press story came to us from Everett, Washington. It seems Troy Graham's car was stolen. But Troy was not as worried about getting the car back as he was about getting his father's ashes back. They were in an urn inside the stolen vehicle. Troy Graham had gone on TV to appeal to whoever stole the car. Keep the car, but please return his father's ashes. All of this happened the same day memorial services were being held for his dad.

So, workers came to work Monday to find an urn with a note attached to it, identifying the ashes as being those of Richard Graham. They are now back with his widow.

No word on the car at this time. But somebody is looking at a life of REALLY bad karma, don't you think?  DB
