Cabin not Just Robbed but Stolen

To discover your cabin in the woods has been robbed is bad enough. But we're talking the whole cabin here! But we'll get to the happy ending in a second.

This happened near Springdale, Washington. Associated Press tells us that a family reported their 10-by-20-foot log cabin stolen off its foundation. Authorities got a tip Thursday and were able to find the cabin about 10 miles from its original site. It was up on stilts at the end of a private road. Investigators think that whoever stole it was living in it, but managed to vamoose.

No arrests have been made as of press time here, but authorities do have some people of interest. I assume somebody with a really big forklift!  DB
