Are you and your family a family of buglers? Do you spend quality family time trying to see who can make the best elk call? If so, then you will want to head down to Sportsman’s Warehouse on Friday and Saturday, July 19 and July 20. This event is for aspiring buglers and elk lovers too.

On Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. you will get the chance to meet professional elk hunters and callers. Swapping stories with the pros will get you ready for the big bugling contest, which will be held the next day.

Saturday will be full of bugling contests and seminars for all ages. Throughout the day there are seminars on elk hunting and calling. There are four divisions of elk calling contests: youth, women, pee-wee and men. The winners for the men’s and women’s divisions will receive Sportsman’s Warehouse gift cards for $250, $100 and $50 for the top three winners. The winners of the youth and pee wee divisions will receive gift cards for $100, $50 and $25.

Hunters can also bring their trophies in to be scored free of charge. Bring your horns, antlers and skulls and they will be scored to see if they make it into the Montana record book.

So, what are you waiting for? Grab the whole family and head on down to Sportsman’s Warehouse this weekend to show off your skills, swap a few stories, learn something new and hopefully win a little dough.
