Bitterroot Community Band Performs at Bandshell Thursday

The summer evenings are always enjoyable in the Bitterroot Valley. And when the Bitterroot Community Band performs at the bandshell on Claudia Driscoll Park on North 10th Street, it's even better.

The band will be there this Thursday, August 9, with an hour-long concert starting at 7:30 p.m. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and sit back on the grass of the Hamilton city park and enjoy the free concert. The band, under the direction of Jeremy Ruff, had a well-received performance at last weekend's Creamery Picnic in Stevensville and will perform at the band shell August 9 and August 23. Their final summer concert will be at the Ravalli County Fair on the KLYQ Entertainment Stage Saturday September 1 at 3 p.m.
