Big Sky Beer Battle Ends Amicably

This certainly didn’t take long to get settled. The legal battle between Big Sky Brewing of Missoula and Anheuser-Busch has ended. The beer giant has taken down it’s “Hold my beer and watch this!” videos and Big Sky dropped it’s lawsuit over the use of it’s trademarked phrase. Big Sky in their lawsuit wasn’t asking for money, they only asked that Anheuser-Busch do the right thing. I’d drink a beer to that. Maybe an Imperial Stout.
