Beer Cart Fridays at Work

Gee, I'm sitting here in my Dickie's carpenter pants, feeling pretty good about "Casual Fridays" then I hear about this! Employees at a health care facility in Florida are allowed to drink beer on the company tab AND on company time. The perk is called "Beer Cart Fridays."  Program's a couple years old now, described as a successful part of an "unorthodox corporate culture" that rewards employees for hard work. A four employee beginning has grown to 350 in two locations. No, I'm not saying it's because of Beer Cart Fridays, but hey.......you know? Employees are limited to one beer. The CEO says it's a pretty small price that pays huge dividends. Ya think?!?!?!?!  DB
