Ballot Box Bakery Banned

Well, the voting process is sound in this country now that these hooligans have been run out of here! I can't think of too many things more harmless than a bake sale, but the Board of Elections in Cranston, Rhode Island, banned election day bake sales at school polling places. Officials said that bake sales would interfere with with the process (frosting stains on the ballots?) and would violate state law. So, there's new laws? Because the money-strapped schools are saying election day bake sales have been traditional fundraisers. Any bets on whether they'll get reinstated once the crotchety board members get an earful?   DB
