My husband loves anything with bacon in it. My boys love anything with ranch. When I found this recipe I knew my family would love it, and I was right.

Another great thing about this recipe is that it is pretty easy to make. If you have ever made lasagna, then you can make this recipe. In fact, you may find that you like it better than classic lasagna. I know my family does.

Bacon Ranch Chicken Lasagna

1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped into small pieces

2 chicken breasts, chopped into small pieces

1 packet of ranch seasoning mix

1 bell pepper, diced

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1 box of no boil lasagna noodles

2 jars of alfredo sauce

1/3 cup milk

15 ounce jar of diced tomatoes

4 cups shredded cheese

Throw chicken pieces, half of the packet of ranch seasoning mix, bell pepper and garlic into a pan and cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked, being sure to stir regularly.

Once chicken is cooked, stir in both of the jars of alfredo sauce, milk and the other half of the ranch packet, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

In a 13X9 inch pan, layer chicken, sauce, noodles, one quarter of the bacon and 1 cup of cheese. Layer in this order a total of three times, and on the fourth layer, place the bacon on top of the cheese layer instead of underneath the cheese layer.

Back at 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes.
