Corrections Officer Fired Over Splash Montana Incident [AUDIO]
37 year-old Michael Gauci was at first suspended from his job as a Missoula County corrections officer over an incident at Splash Montana where he allegedly videotaped two women in the family dressing room. Missoula County Sheriff Carl Ibsen announced Tuesday that Gauci has been terminated from his position.

In Missoula District Court Tuesday morning, now former University of Montana quarterback Jordan Johnson entered a plea of not guilty to the charge of sexual intercourse without consent. One of Johnson’s defense attorney’s, Kirsten Pabst said she would be filing a motion to dismiss the charges.
Suspect Caught Videotaping Women at Splash Montana [AUDIO]
A 37 year-old Missoula man was taken into custody on Saturday at Splash Montana after he was caught allegedly videotaping adult women in the family changing area. Lieutenant Scott Brodie with the Missoula Police Department says the as yet unidentified man was in the handicapped restroom stall while he reached over the top to videotape the women.

DUI Crash Kills Driver and Eight Year-Old Child on I-90 [AUDIO]
A family from Washington traveling east in a red Honda on I-90 early Sunday morning on their way to meet other family members to vacation in Yellowstone Park was struck head-on by a pickup truck traveling the wrong direction. The driver of the pickup truck was ejected from his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. An 8 year-old boy, a passenger in the Honda was also killed in the crash.

Confirmed – Gee Says Johnson Keeps Scholarship for Now [AUDIO]
University of Montana Athletic Director Jean Gee confirmed Friday that former Grizzly quarterback Jordan Johnson will be able to keep his athletic scholarship, should he decide to return to classes in the fall. Gee said that despite the charge of sexual intercourse without consent leading to Johnson’s suspension from the football team, his scholarship remains intact.
