The recent fires in Lolo caused many people to have to evacuate their homes and live their lives differently in general. Lolo Creek Steakhouse was no exception. The restaurant known for its rugged decor and impressive grill (as well as the steaks that come off of it), was forced to shut its doors for a week while the fires were at their worst. Now that the fires are well on their way to being contained, Lolo Creek Steakhouse is reopening! To celebrate their return, we are giving away a $50 gift certificate and tickets to the sold out Griz football home opener against Appalachian State on Saturday, Aug. 31.
Since the spring, we've been inviting you to send in your photos to be part of the Find New Roads contest. We asked for photos that demonstrate what it is to be a Montanan, living in the great outdoors and finding new roads doing what you love best! We collected a total of 42 photos, and now we need your help deciding which one should win the grand prize!

Missoula seems to be a hot spot for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Starting and running a small business is no small task, especially in Montana. But now that they are here and just about everyone has them, wouldn’t it be great if you could reach them?

Kip Moore really hits the nail right on the head for a lot of us when he sings, “You worked all week to barely make ends meet…” in his single “Beer Money.” So all things considered, we at 94.9 KYSS FM thought this would make for the basis of a great concert ticket giveaway contest.
Craig & Al had some unexpected visitors on the show today (April 25). Members of the Sentinel Kiwanis Club of Missoula stopped by to recognize them as nominees for the 25th Annual Lyle R. Heath Community Service Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate great volunteerism.
In honor of Earth Day (April 22) and spring (we hear it just around the corner), NorthWestern Energy is asking people to take pictures of the area they live in and around, and show how they preserve their communities, conserve energy and live more efficiently. Then they're asking that those photos be submitted to their contest for a chance to win some high-value prizes.
