Are We Safe From Dragon Attacks?

I checked the local hardware stores, and none of them have any dragon repellant, so...Hopefully the city has contingency plans in place. I'm not sure if our town council has been asked to address this, but yes, it has come up elsewhere, believe it or not. A list of the strangest questions asked by Freedom of Information Act petitioners has been published by England's Local Government Association. They represent about 350 councils and in the introduction they asked participants not to burden the staff with questions deemed ridiculous. Yeah, that went over well. Examples:

Please detail your employment of exorcists and faith healers. What are your emergency plans for meteor strikes and solar flares? How often do you screen public buildings for ghosts?

And our favorite: What plans are in place to protect the town from Dragon attacks? I guess the person with the best answer will move to the top of the popularity polls in any upcoming elections.   DB
