An Atlanta State of Emergency

Our good friend and our chief traffic spy Manny is visiting family in Atlanta today during a state of emergency. He sent us a few pictures after going to the store for a few items. The bread shelves were almost empty, same thing in the milk section,  Manny's chief concern was the beer cooler.  You see, Atlanta is in a state of emergency due to a ½ inch of snow. Government officials in Atlanta promised today's winter weather won't paralyze the city like the last one did, but skeptical residents are staying home. Atlanta has a painful history of being ill-equipped to deal with snowy weather.
