Amanda Bynes Being Sued

Amanda Bynes is being sued by a lawyer who claims the troubled actress hired him to take care of her personal matters like buying her books and ballet shoes.

According to TMZ, Artemio Santiago says he helped Bynes when she was in really bad shape last October and got her to take her medications while she was a patient at a mental facility. He also claims that he ran errands for her, often picking up personal items such as ballet shoes, tights, DVDs and books. He says he's owed $16,000 for his work, but Amanda's parents are telling him to take a hike, saying their daughter was not mentally fit at that time to hire a lawyer.
