One of my very best friends is famous for making this delicious artichoke dip. It is something everyone begs her to make for family gatherings. After much begging and pleading, she finally relented and gave me the recipe.

To my surprise, the dip was made of only four ingredients and was super simple to make. I have even made it for special events and it was a huge hit. If you want to impress at your next potluck or special event, then try this recipe.

Almost Famous Artichoke Dip

14 ounce can of artichoke hearts

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

Open can and drain juice, then chop up the artichoke hearts. Pour all ingredients into a small baking dish and mix until combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes uncovered.

If you prefer, you can dump all the ingredients into a small crockpot and set it on low for an hour or two. This is a great way to cook the dip for parties. You can leave the crockpot on warm during the party and the dip will stay warm for hours.

You can enjoy this dip with chips, crackers or my favorite, toasted French bread.
