All Aboard! Amtrak Changing Departure Times

"Extra! Extra! Read all about it!".. that common classic line of breaking headline news is what I think with the historic train station downtown Whitefish and their departure times changing. So many people take a trip back in time, take the train and get a scenic transport through Montana and the unknown.

Such a cool ambiance and tool to be able to have just a few hours away for a travel back in time when train was the most used transportation. If you have traveled or know someone who has traveled on the train, you know it can be tedious. Transportation has .definitely come a long way. But for a fun and inexpensive trip, try the train sometime.

Whitefish Amtrak schedule is temporarily changing passenger trains #8 and #7 that run east and west through Whitefish every day. The east bound trains will now be leaving Seattle and Portland three hours earlier arriving in Whitefish at approx. 4:30 a.m., and the westbound train will arrive in Whitefish just before 10:30.
