A Whole Latte Love…?

A Utah couple who had their first date at Starbucks decided to get married there.

Kamelia Manouchehria and Richard Phiefer met at a Salt Lake City Starbucks three years ago, and it was such an important place for them that they said their “I dos” on the patio where they first met.

Starbucks store manager Johnny Poe says he’s seen a lot in his 18 years with the company, but this was a first.

“It’s not unusual to hear from people who say they met at Starbucks and had their first dates there. That happens all the time. A wedding? That’s different,” Poe said. “Our team was happy to organize the ceremony for Kamelia and Richard.”
