The crowds arrived again at the Victor Heritage Museum with their 22nd Annual Chocolate Tasting Party and Silent Auction Monday. The smart people arrived when the doors opened at 3 p.m., but the sweet delights were available for a few hours after that. The Silent Auction items filled the main display area of the museum, which was formerly a railroad depot.

The temperatures were in the 30s, but people bundled up and took rides on the horse-drawn trolley from Out West Wagons (see photo below). The museum has regular hours in the summer, but also can open for tours during the rest of the year by e-mailing them.

If you missed the party this year, mark your 2019 calendar for the first Monday of December, the annual day for the museum's event. By the way, it's December 2nd, 2019.
