The pros and cons could be argued forever, but it looks like one of Montana's neighboring states may be taking a step toward changing the law. South Dakota Republican Representative Tim Goodwin is introducing a law that would allow bars and retailers to serve 18-year-old active duty, National Guard and Reserve members who show valid military identification.

It will be interesting to see if this passes. You have to believe if it does, there will be plenty of other states who will consider following suit. Thoughts KYSS FB friends?
