It probably could just as easily be a million bucks, because who really looks at the pennies their pockets?

But even with super-long odds of having to pay out any winnings, an Ally Bank has come up with a pretty cool promotion.

A Detroit branch has distributed a hundred fake pennies around the country. They look like the real ones, except you get the bank's logo instead of Abe Lincoln. Oh, and the value printed on each coin is 100,000 cents.

It's only a penny, but it's still legal U.S. currency. Not sure how they avoid legal issues with counterfeiting, but good luck in your search. If you find one, you can redeem it online till the end of the year.  DB
