A College Bookstore Had What on its Shelves?
Even if it wasn't an era of political correctness and trying to be sensitive to everything, this would be crude. Makes ya wonder what somebody was thinking when they merchandised this on a college campus!
The bookstore at West Chester University in Pennsylvania was selling a 6-inch blow-up doll. As if that weren't enough, it was accompanied by a sign that read, "The perfect female specimen." About 40 people protested the doll being on the shelves (40, that's it?).
West Chester president Greg Weisenstein emailed the campus community an apology.
