911 Dispatchers Go Above and Beyond

I got a note from a good friend this week. Katie Dettmann Banks, who works at the 911 center here in Missoula, reminded me that this is the week to recognize our 911 dispatchers.  It’s a real pressure packed job many times dealing with life and death situations.  Taking into consideration what’s happened in the past 24 hours the work these people do should be on everyone’s mind.
