Way back in 1915, a group of University of Montana foresters began raising money to provide scholarships for forestry students and to give students experience with chainsaw use. A couple years later, they threw the very first Foresters' Ball, and that party still lives on.

Hit one of Missoula's biggest parties of the year at the 100th annual Foresters' Ball, on Friday, February 3rd and Saturday, February 4th. The fundraiser is still a student run event where forestry students turn the Schrieber Gym into an 1890's logging town, complete with a saloon, general store, jail, chapel, chow hall, and museum.

Live music both nights and tickets are $50 for couples and $30 for singles, available online.
